1. Platform ownership
Creva.ge is owned by s.moshe. All rights reserved.
2. User content
Content you upload remains your property. Creva.ge does not claim copyright.
3. Marketplace commission
Creva.ge charges an 8% platform fee per sale. The remaining 92% is paid to the seller after verification. Additional payment methods coming soon.
4. AI generation
AI-generated content belongs to the user. Creva.ge liability for AI errors is limited.
5. Account suspension
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, including fraud, copyright abuse, or spam.
6. Payments and refunds
AI plans are billed via payment provider. Digital marketplace products are non-refundable after download except for technical defects.
